My problem with the death penalty is the number of "guilty" persons
who are have been found to be innocent of the crimes they were
accused of.

To me, one innocent person being mistakenly put to death is enough
to make me question the entire system. My line of thinking on this
is similar for the situation in Gitmo as well.
