I'd say the vast majority are guilty however, and deserve the
punishment. Our justice system is not perfect.

I'm personally not against the death penalty. But I can see someone
with your view as having a reasonable argument against it.

Abortion and Death Penalty are 2 issues I'd prefer be left to the
states.
