Does anyone have a roundabout idea on how much it costs to service a
furnace? It appears to be about 15-20 years old (in the new house we
are trying to buy), and we are trying to figure out what repairs we
are asking our sellers to take care of.

I have surfed the net, but found nothing. ANy help would be GREATLY
appreciated.
