Subject: It quit working during our inspection
Posted by: gatorhater27 on Tue Jul 22 2008 11:46:06 AM
Message:

when the inspector took the panel off the front of it. it wouldn't
come back on, and we couldn't figure out why (it wasn't the little
safety button that has to be pushed in for it to work).

We decided we definitely are asking them to fix that, regardless of
price, but are going a little lighter on the electrical work (only
asking for them to put grounded GFI outlets in the kitchen, bathroom,
and living rooms instead of the long list of things that were
recommended we do).

Frantic times, 3 weeks to closing....
