Most reputable HVAC business' charge a service charge...or fee, for
the first hour. Any parts would be added to the service charge. You
can find out by calling two or three places listed in the BBB. If you
are the prospective buyer, I'd almost insist the seller replace that
15-20 year old unit with an energy efficient unit. That included the
A/C too.
